    denominator must not be zero

    if we plug - 3 then the y

    = (-3+1) / (9+-3-6)

    = (-2) / 9-9

    =-2/0

    which is undefined for x=-3

    now

    if we plug 2 we have

    (2+1) / (4+2-6)

    =3/0

    the function is undefined for x=2

    so

    x≠3, x≠2
