    So 18 chairs altogether.

    Red : Brown

    2 : 4

    2+4 = 6

    18 / 6 = 3

    3 x 2 = 6 3 x 4 = 12

6 red chairs and 12 brown chairs. To make sure it's right add them 12+6=18
