There are 22 students on natalies class. new reading books cost $7 each. Natalies class raised $50 washing cars. If there are 2 teachers in nautilus class, write and evaluate an expression to show how much more each teacher will have to pay to buy the new book

    Since 22 multiplied by 7 is equal to 154$ and the class has already raised 50$ you are still left with 104$ to pay. Since there are 2 teachers you would divide 104$ by 2 and end up with 52$ ... Each teacher would have to pay 54$

    22 times 7 = 154 Take 154 and subtract 50 = 104 - 100 = $4 Each teacher has to pay $4 more
