Inner most bracket (6 + 4):
= 3[2 (10) - 8]+8:2
Multiplication within the bracket (2 (10)):
= 3[20-8]+8:2
Bracket (20 - 8):
= 3[12]+8:2
Multiplication (3 (12)):
= 36+8:2
Division (8:2):
= 36+4
Add (36 + 4):
=40
Answer: 40
