    2+2^2-2+2 - (-3)

    2+4-2 + 2 - (-3)

    2+2+5

    If yo mean evaluate

    not sure what the double negative is doing because see x - - 3, wat be taht?

    if yo mean x - (-3) then that means x+3

    anyway

    2+2^2-x+x - (-3)

    pemdas

    2+4-x+x - (-3)

    6-x+x - (-3)

    6+0+3

    9

    the x's cancel out

    9 is result
