If a polyhedron has a volume of 23cm3 and is dilated to the scale factor or 1/3 whats the volume

    You just need to multiply 23 by 1/3. So: 23 * 1/3 or 23/1 * 1/3 = 23/3. It can be simplified into 7.67. Don't forget to include cm^3 after the value.
