First count all the balls. 11 balls. That will be your denominator.

His chances of drawing a red ball is 4/11

His chances of drawing a blue ball is 5/11

The total number of balls is 11. There are four red balls out of the 11 balls, so the probability of red balls is 4/11. There are five blue balls out of 11, so he probability of blue ball is 5/11.
