Which system of equations does this graph represent?

Linear graph and parabola. They intersect at negative 3, negative 7 and 2, negative 2

y = x2 - 2

y = - x - 4

y = x2 + 2

y = x + 4

y = - x2 + 2

y = x - 4

y = - x2 - 2

y = x - 4

    Equation of the linear graph is given by: (y - (-7)) / (x - (-3)) = (-2 - (-7)) / (2 - (-3)) (y + 7) / (x + 3) = (-2 + 7) / (2 + 3) = 5/5 = 1

    y + 7 = x + 3

    y = x - 4

    Also, for the parabola: - (3) ^2 + 2 = - 9 + 2 = - 7

    Therefore solution is:

    y = - x^2 + 2

    y = x - 4
