The answer rounded to the nearest tenth of a cubic inch is 6.3.

The first thing we want to do is find the volume of the softballs. The formula to find the volume of a sphere (softball) is: 4/3 pi r³

r = Radius (which is half of the diameter)

To find the volume of the Youth Softball we would do: 4/3 pi 1.75³. Which is 22.45.

To find the volume of the Adult Softball we would do: 4/3 pi 1.9³. Which is 28.73.

Next we would subtract them both to find the difference, by doing 28.73 - 22.45.

That will give you the difference between the youth and adult softball.
