The state of Tennessee looks like a parallelogram. The northern border of Tennessee measures 442 miles, and the distance between the northern and southern borders is 115 miles. Find the area of the state of Tennessee.

    Base = 442 miles, height = 115 miles answer = 442 * 115 mile^2 = 50830 mile^2
