Keena Williams took out a $100,000, 5-year term policy at age 40. The premium per $1,000 was $3.56. She will be 45 years old this year. The premium per $1,000 will be $4.62. What is the percent increase to the nearest whole number?

A-34%

B-32%

C-28%

    Since it is close to the whole number, the difference of 4.62 and 3.56 is 1.06 then we do 1.06/3.56 and we get about 29%. so, i'd say D maybe. since 30% is the closest i can see in mind.

    so, we would find the difference if one number is different between to conditions, after that in place, we use the difference and divide it by the number that is the least. as 4-3 is like 1 and 1/3 would be 30% according to this question. so, like, if you have 10 - 7 and then you get 3, divide 3 by the lowest in the difference, 7.
