    This problem's quiet easy!

    Cost for Members = $10 (x)

    Cost for Non-Members = $ 24 (y)

    2 (x) + 4 (y) = Total Value.

    2 (10) + 4 (24) = Total Value

    20+96 = Total Value

    Total Value = $ 116.
