Can someone break down integers for me? Kinda confusing myself here

    Natural Numbers = 1,2,3 ...

    Whole Numbers = 0 + Natural Numbers

    Integers = Whole Numbers + Negative Numbers ( ... - 4, - 3, - 2, - 1)

    Of course! An integer is a whole number that is either positive or negative, or 0.

    Examples:

    0, 5, - 19, 259, - 68, etc.
