The length of a square compared to its area is graphed. Which of the following would not be true of the graph? A. The graph would be a line. B. The graph would pass through the origin. C. The graph would rise from left to right. D. The shape of the graph would be curved.

    A. A square has all equal sides as such the graph will not show a curve or rise from left to right because this would denote a change in size of height and width. Also the graph can't pass through origin unless the straight line does, however this would mean the length and width were zero which would mean there is no shape.
