A manufacturing plant can produce 150 shoes or 100 sandals per hour. Let a represent the hours spent producing shoes and p represent the hours spent producing sandals. What is the constraint equation if the plant can only produce foot ware for 30 hours a day?

150a + 100p = 30

150p + 100a = 30

50a = 30

a + p = 30

    If "a" and "p" equal hours.

    a + p = 30 would be the correct choice.
