In if 5/7 of students are wearing jeans today and there are about 27 students in the class how many students are wearing the jeans today

    5/7 are wearing jeans ... about 27 students ... so the ones wearing jeans are 5/7 of the 27 students ... " of " means multiply

    5/7 * 27 = 135/7 = 19.28 ... so about 20 students are wearing jeans
