Frank ate 12 pieces of pizza and Dave ate 15 pieces. "I ate

one fourths more," said Dave. "I ate one fifths less," said Frank. Who was

right?

    So If Dave ate ¼ more than Frank, you would need to divide the denominator by the amount of pizzas, so if 12:4 is 3 he ate three more pizzas than Frank. If we do the same for Frank, ⅕ or 15:5=3

    So the correct answer would be Frank because 12 is less than 15
