length of the bottom of the triangle = (y+4)

Another side is 3 less than 2 times the length of the bottom of the triangle = 2 (y+4) - 3

last side is 2 more than the bottom of the triangle = (y+4) + 2

perimeter of triangle = sum of all the sides of triangle

So, the expression for perimeter of this triangle is;

P = (y+4) + 2 (y+4) - 3 + (y+4) + 2

Now, simplify this;

P = y+4+2y+8+y+4+2

P=4y+18
