    Solve it the same way as if you'd solve a regular equation

    try to get all the variable terms onto one side and the constant terms on the other.

    moving the x to the right side, i would subtract by 3x

    3x-2 - 3x≤ 4x+8-3x

    since

    3x-3x = 0

    then

    -2 ≤ 4x - 3x + 8

    add up like terms (or subtract)

    -2 ≤ (4x - 3x) + 8

    -2 ≤ x + 8

    now move the constants onto the left side, this could be done by subtracting 8 to boh sides

    -2 - 8 ≤ x + 8-8

    8-8=0

    so

    -2-8 ≤ x

    add up like terms (or subtract)

    -10 ≤ x

    and flip it if you want the x term to be on the left
