    The volume of a cone is calculated like this:

    V = pi*r^2*h/3

    so we have to solve for radius:

    r = √ (3V/pi*h)

    that is how to get the radius.

    From your answers, C answer approaches to it, but it lacks the square root which is fundamental as well
