So, first what we should do is divide 2,046 by 62 to find the width of Lucas's banner.

    2,046 / 62 = 33 The width of Lucas's banner is 33 cm.

Which means if the width of Emily's banner is 3x that:

    3 x 33 = 99 Emily's banner is 99 cm in width.

So, your 2 answers are: 99 cm, division and multiplication.; )
