    3 red, 5 blue, 2 yellow, 2 green ... total of 12 bags

probability first one being red : 3/12 reduces to 1/4

    replaces it

probability of second one being red : 3/12 reduces to 1/4

    probability of both : 1/4 * 1/4 = 1/16
