    R (x) = - x² + 2

    w (x) = x - 2

    (w · r) (x) = (-x² + 2) (x - 2)

    (w · r) (x) = - x² (x - 2) + 2 (x - 2)

    (w · r) (x) = - x² (x) + x² (2) + 2 (x) - 2 (2)

    (w · r) (x) = - x³ + 2x² + 2x - 4

    The answer is B.
