First break it up so that will be 50 and 8.
Next ask yourself how many tens can go into 50. The answer is five so put 5 tens.
Then ask yourself how many ones can go into 8, the answer is 8. So put 8 ones and it will look like this;
10+10+10+10+10+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1
