Answer: 3ft 2in
Step-by-step explanation: If you leave the 2ft and add 5in plus 9in you get 14in. Which is also 1ft 2in. Then just add 2ft + 1ft 2in and you get 3ft 2in. At least that's what I do with problems like these in my head

2 foot = 24 inches, 24+5+9 = 38 inches.
answer in inches is 38in
answer in feet is 3.17ft
