What is the radius of 5x^2+5y^2-20x+30y+40=0

    Hello,

    5x²+5y²-20x+30y+40=0

    ==>x²+y²-4x+6y+8=0 (divided by 5)

    ==> (x²-2*2x+4) + (y²+2*3y+9) + 8-4-9=0

    ==> (x-2) ² + (y+3) ²=5

    Center (2,-3)

    Radius = √5≈2.2360 ...
