In 2000 and 2010, General Social survey included a question that asked respondents if they felt that "Private enterprise would solve US problems." In 2010, out of 1299 respondents, 14.4% said that they strongly agreed with that statement. In 2000, out of the 1,130 respondents, 15.3% said that they agreed with this statement. Is "14.4%" and "15.3%" a statistic or a parameter?
