The sampling method is random and from a representative community.

The type of bias is A. Nonresponde bias.

    Step-by-step explanation:

The sample method is random and from a representative community because he is randomly choosing 3 floors of the largest drom on campus.

The type of bias that he would expect is the nonreponse bias because he choose to sample students, college students and they are usually occupied, he has to expect that not the 100% percent of the students will answer his paper survey. Some of them will only ignore it and some other will answer it and take it to the room of the dorm, butnot everyone.
