    Lower at 39 °F

    The kinetic energy of a molecule is influenced by temperature. Higher temperature will result in higher kinetic energy which means the molecule moves at a higher velocity. This will increase the chance of the chemical reaction. That is why the rate of reaction will be higher at the higher temperature. Then, a lower temperature will mean a lower speed too.
