    y=2+x

    5/3*x-2y=-2

    5/3*x - 2 (2+x) = - 2

    5/3*x-4-2x=-2

    5/3x - 2x=4-2

    x (5/3-2) = 2

    x (5/3-6/3) = 6/3

    x * (-1/3) = 6/3

    -x=6

    x=-6

    y=x+2

    y=-6+2

    y=-4
