Is 10 a perfect square? Explain why or why not.

    No, 10 is not a perfect square because in order for a number to be a perfect square, you have to see if the numbers that are multiplied to get it are the same. for 10 it isn't a perfect square because the numbers that multiply to get it (1, 2, 5 and 10) are different numbers.
