    This question has very questionable use of wording. It looks very similar to a question that just wants to confuse you, but I personally think it is B.

    three less than the product of seven = 7n-3

    and a number is four more = + 4

    than a number = (=n)

    7n-3+4=n

    Which is B. Tell me if I'm wrong.
