During the first week that tickets were on sale for a symphony performance, 285 tickets were sold. There are 345 tickets still available for the performance. Use the equation below to find the original number of tickets (t) available for the symphony. t - 285 = 345

    t - 285 + 285 = 345 + 285

    t = 630

    630 tickets were available originally.
