What is the diameter of a cone with a height of 8m and volume of 150pi m^3?

    V = PI x r^2 x h/3

    150 = 3.14 x r^2 x 8/3

    150 = 3.14 x r^2 x 2.67

    150 = 8.373 x r^2

    r^2 = 150/8.373

    r^2 = 17.914

    r = sqrt (17.914)

    r = 4.23

    diameter = r x 2 = 4.23 * 2 = 8.46 meters (Round answer as needed)
