There are 14 horses along the circumference of a Merry-Go-Round at a carnival. The horses are arranged in a circle with a radius of 12 feet. What is the distance between two consecutive horses as measured along the circumference of the circle? Use 3.14 for pi and round your answer to the nearest tenth.
