    75 is the amount of money Carisma earns in one week.

    x = the number of weeks she works

    y = 250 + 75x

    [$250 is the amount she already/initially has in the account + $75 for each week she works (x) = amount of $ in account (y) ]

    75 represents the amount of money she earns per/each week.
