The original price of a ski jacket was $270. It was on sale at a 25% discount. Arianna had a coupon for an additional 10% off of the sale price. What price did Arianna pay for the ski jacket?

    You would add the discounts 25+10 which equals 35. You would then multiply 35 x 270 = 9450 then divide 100. That equals 94.5. You subtract 270 - 94.5 = 175.5. Arianna paid $175.5
