    3450 workers in total

    Step-by-step explanation:

since 60% is men the 40% are the 1380 women

    1 way:

divide 40 and 1380 by 4 to find how many workers in 10%

    - 40/4=10 1380/4=345 - > 10% are 345 workers

    10%*10=100% 345*10=3450 workers in total

    second way:

    40%/2 = 20% 1380/2=690

    100/20=5 690*5=3450
