Form a polynomial whose zeros and degree are given

Zeros: - 9, multiplicity 1; - 1, multiplicity 2; degree 3

    Answer: (x+9) (x+1) ^2

    if it has multiplicity 1 there is one of them

    if it has multiplicity 2 there are two of them (or it is squared)

    degree 3 means there are three factors
