    Apples = A

    Oranges = O

    The system is

    A + O = 60

    A / O = 3 / 2

    Step-by-step explanation:

    A = 36

    O = 24

    A:O = 3:2

    3+2=5

    60 divided by 5 = 12

    3 x 12 = 36

    2 x 12 = 24

    Apples=36

    Oranges=25

    To Check:

    24+36=60!
