Next would be 2, then 20, and the 200. You would just keep multiplying by 10s.

You can't tell the rule of a series from only two terms.
To go from 0.02 to 0.2, the rule could be
- - multiply by 10
or it could be
- - add 0.18.
You need one more number in the series to be sure.
