A deadly bacteria doubles in size every 3 hour. If there were initially 14 spores present, how long will it take for the number of bacteria to increase to 1792 spores?

    First, we have 14 spores. If they double in 3h, we have 28. When they double in 3h, we have 56, then 112 in the next 3h and so on. To reach the number of 1792 spores, 24 hours need to pass.
