    P · V = Const.

    p 1 · V 1 = p 2 · V 2

    70 kPa · 8 lit. = p 2 · 4 lit

    p 2 = (70 kpa · 8) : 4 = 140 kPa

Answer: the pressure will change to 140 kPa
