At 2pm the level of the water in the pool was 10feet. At 6pm the level of water was 2 feet. What is the constant rate

    2 pm to 6pm is 4 hours

    10 feet - 2 feet = 8 feet

    8 feet / 4 hours = 2 feet per hour

    since it is losing water it would be negative 2 feet per hour
