    Standard from is Ax+By=C Where A, B and C are all integers, A isnt negative and A and B cant be both zero

    y-4=2.5 (x+3)

    y-4=2.5x+7.5

    y=2.5x+3.5

    -2.5x+y=3.5

    change decimals to fractions

    -5/2x+y=7/2

    Divide everything by 2 to get rid of the rational numbers and make them integers

    -5x+3y=7

    times everything by - 1 so A isnt negative

    5x-3y=-7
