A store discounts the price of a beanbag chair by 20%. The price of the beanbag chair is marked as $16. What was the original price of the beanbag chair?

    Use this to solve:

    4/5 = 16/x

    Since these are equivalent fractions;

    you can divide 16 by 4

    then multiply by 5

    that should give you the original price of the bean bag chair!
