The difference of two numbers is not always less at either of the two numbers. (especially for negative numbers)

    Take fo example, 40 - 30 = 10.

Here the difference is less than both two numbers.

    But in 40 - 15 = 25

Here the difference is less than one of the numbers but greater than the other number.

    Now consider, - 3 and - 5, their difference is given by (-3) - (-5) = - 3 + 5 = 2.

    Here, 2 is greater than both - 3 and - 5.

Therefore, The difference of two numbers is not always less than either of those two numbers.

    Your answer is False.
