    Supplementary means adds to 180 degrees

    say they are x and y

    x+y=180

    and one meauses 75 more than twice the other

    x=75+2y

    solve

    subsitute 75+2y for x in other equation

    75+2y+y=180

    75+3y=180

    minus 75 from both sides

    3y=105

    divide both sides by 3

    y=35

    sub back

    x=75+2y

    x=75+2 (35)

    x=75+70

    x=145

    the angles are 145° and 35°
