    Find the greatest number you can divide all of them into without remainder

    basically the greatest common factor

    factor each and find what is common to al

    16=2*2*2*2

    20=2*2*5

    24=2*2*2*3

    the group common to all is 2*2 or 4

    the max number of baskets that the clerk can make is 4 baskets

    in each, there are 4 oranges, 5 apples and 6 pears

    4 baskets
