If a number has nine in the ones place it is always even. Is that reasonable or not?

    It is not reasonable. 9 is not an even number. If it was 2, 4, 6, or 8, it would be reasonable. Those numbers in the one's place would work.

    No it is not reasonable, since 9 isn't an even number, and what determines if it is an even number, is the value in the ones place.
